Return Policy

Requirements for the return process:

You have 14 days from purchase under the Consumer Protection Law to return any unused product in its original packaging, parts and accessories for your money back. Keep your purchase receipt so you can return your purchase.

Your payment receipt and unused items in their original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges.
The money will be refunded in the same way as the original payment (example: the value of purchases made using credit cards will be refunded to the same credit card account that was used for payment and the process will be done from the same POS machine on which the sale was made).
The return policy applies to the items sold in the company’s sales branches and through the Internet.
The product barcode is the lesson and the basis for accepting customer feedback, and it is not considered otherwise, in addition to presenting the purchase voucher and the issued invoice.
The reason for the return must be in accordance with the terms of accepting returns (please review the terms in the table below)
Customer service must be contacted within 48 hours if a product is received that differs from what was offered in specifications or its value differs from what was mentioned on the offer page and all products will be returned in addition to the attached free gifts “if any” and if not all products are returned, it will be rejected return process.
We will inspect the product to be returned and if it turns out that there are no damages resulting from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in the appropriate manner and a response will be made within a maximum period of 3-5 working days from receiving the returned product, by sending a message to your phone or email .
If it is found during the inspection process that the product to be returned does not match the reason stated in your order, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you with the cost of shipping costs.
Any cancellation of a purchase order issued by customers is 48 hours prior to the release of the order, and in the event of cancellation after that, the customer bears the shipping costs

The return policy does not apply to maintenance and repair services requested by the customer.
If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product, we will not be able to return the product.

How to refund purchases:

For products received, we will refund the value of the product in full and this applies in the following cases:-
Defective products or those previously mentioned in the return conditions.

Warranty and Company Policy:
